Türkiye İş Kurumu (İŞKUR), Toplum Yararına Çalışma Programı’nı (TYP) yenileyerek İşgücü Uyum Programı (İUP) adıyla yeniden hayata geçirdi. Diyarbakır’da 2800 kişi, bu yeni program kapsamında okulların temizlik, bakım ve onarım işlerinde istihdam edilecek.

Program, özel politika gerektiren gruplara öncelik vererek, kamusal ve kurumsal iş birliği ile işsiz bireyleri aktif iş gücüne katmayı amaçlar.

Diyarbakır Valiliği tarafından yapılan açıklamaya göre, İŞKUR ve Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı arasında imzalanan protokol kapsamında, Diyarbakır’da toplam 2800 kişi İşgücü Uyum Programı (İUP) çerçevesinde istihdam edilecek. Bu program, okulların temizlik, bakım ve onarım işlerinde istihdam sağlamak üzere planlandı. Başvurular, 6-10 Eylül 2024 tarihleri arasında yapılacak olup, başvuru süreçleri İŞKUR e-şube, e-Devlet, Alo 170 ve İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü üzerinden gerçekleştirilecek.
KİMLER BAŞVURABİLİR? İUP KATILIM ŞARTLARI NELERDİR?
İUP’ye katılmak isteyen adayların bazı önemli şartları sağlaması gerekiyor:
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti vatandaşı olmak.
İŞKUR’a kayıtlı işsiz olmak.
18 yaşını tamamlamış olmak.
Son bir ay içinde işsiz olmak.
Emekli veya malul aylığı almamak.
Başvuru tarihinden önceki bir yılda yüklenici veya ilgili kuruluşlarda çalışmamış olmak.
Hane gelirinin 34.004,26 TL’nin altında olması.
Bu şartları sağlayan adaylar, başvurularını yapabilecek ve programa kabul edilmeleri durumunda çalışma hayatına adım atacaklardır.
ÇALIŞMA KOŞULLARI VE ÜCRETLENDİRME
İşgücü Uyum Programı (İUP) kapsamında katılımcılar, yarı zamanlı olarak en fazla 10 ay süreyle çalışacaklar. Programın ilk dört haftası yoğunlaştırılmış eğitimlerle geçecek olup, bu sürede haftalık 37,5 saat (5 gün) çalışılacaktır. Sonraki haftalarda ise haftalık çalışma süresi 22,5 saat (3 gün) olarak planlanmıştır. Katılımcılara, programa katıldıkları süre boyunca aylık ortalama 8 bin TL ödeme yapılacak ve kısa vadeli sigorta primleri (Genel Sağlık Sigortası ile İş Kazası ve Meslek Hastalığı Primleri) İŞKUR tarafından karşılanacaktır.
İUP’NİN ÖNEMİ VE FAYDALARI
İUP, özellikle dezavantajlı grupların iş gücüne kazandırılmasında kritik bir rol oynuyor. Bu program, hem işsizlik oranlarını azaltmayı hem de katılımcıların iş hayatına adaptasyonunu kolaylaştırmayı hedefliyor. Aynı zamanda, yerel ekonomiye katkı sağlayarak, toplumsal kalkınmayı destekliyor.
