İstanbul’da “Başbakanlık Osmanlı Arşlivi”nde bulunan 20 ciltlik “Diyarbakır Şer’iyye Sicilleri”, 17 yüzyılın ikinci yarısı ile 1919 yılları arasını kapsıyor.
